Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anime Fit mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by the creators of Anime Fit ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One account per person. We do not currently verify age at sign-up, so this is a condition of use rather than something the Service enforces.

2. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the following.

Anime Fit and all of its content — including workouts, the AI trainer, and the diet coach — are provided for general fitness and informational purposes only. Under no circumstances do they constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

Consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. If you have or suspect any medical condition or pathology, injury, or disability, are pregnant, or take medication, you must first obtain clearance from — and follow the guidance of — the appropriate qualified professional (physician, physical trainer, nutritionist, physiotherapist, or equivalent).

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Anime Fit and its creators from any liability, claim, or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Service or your participation in any activity it suggests.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Anime Fit offers an optional Premium subscription (monthly or annual). Subscriptions purchased on this website are processed by Stripe; subscriptions purchased inside the mobile app are processed by Apple orGoogle and are subject to their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you are charged at the start of each period at the price shown at purchase.
• You can cancel at any time — for web purchases via the billing portal, or for in-app purchases in your App Store / Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated unless required by law.
• Prices are shown in EUR and may change with notice; changes apply to future periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: reverse-engineering or disrupting it; attempting unauthorised access; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or using the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its content are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by law. Anime Fit's characters, art, and naming are original works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any anime franchise. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (from the app's profile settings). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law & contact
